Welcome to Kenia's Family Childcare

We are Sensory Play based (this is important benefits for children of all ages including supporting language, development, cognitive growth and fine motor skills).
In addition to providing care, I teach habits and attitudes which will become a basis of future:
-Good manners
-Respect for elders and each odder
-Sharing and consideration
-Good eating habits and cleanliness

I have more than 120 hours in specialization in infants and toddler more than 5 years experience. We participate in Maryland excels           and Maryland Child care Credential.

Also, I am / First Aid/AED and Cpr certificate for Adult and pediatric.

By staying small we are able to provide the quality care and nurturing atmosphere that your child deserves.

Philosophy / Curricular Practices

As an early childhood educator, I teach children, not subjects. My overall goal is to focus on the individual needs and potential of the student, as well as on their emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development. He guided creativity, fostered innovative thinking, recognized perseverance, celebrated success, and turned frustration into learning opportunities, awakened social responsibility, modeled fairness and justice, all while building and appreciating relationships.
